Projects & Solutions

-Designed various analog and digital circuits to automatically test PCBAs with circuits including Wifi, Ethernet, Bluetooth, NFC, 802.15.4, Hall Effect sensors, pressure sensors, temperature sensors, infrared and ultrasound communication, stepper and BLDC motors, backlight LED controllers, microcontrollers, AC and DC Loads, NIBP, CO2 and SpO2 sensors, high voltage components, haptic motors, speakers and RF drivers.

-Developed complex Python, Arduino, LabView and TestStand code to automatically control various Programming Tools, Function Generators, AC and DC Power Sources, DAQs, Digital I/O Ports, Oscilloscopes, Microcontrollers, Arduinos, Patient Simulators and Communication Channels (USB, FireWire, RS-485 and RS-232) to automate final acceptance testing and collect critical data to be used for data tracking and trending purposes.

A minimalist arrangement of engineering tools used in board-level validation—a high-end digital multimeter with clear digital display, precision screwdrivers with brushed steel shafts, and coiled test leads—neatly placed on a smooth, neutral-taupe workspace. The background shows just a hint of organized test documentation in clean acrylic holders, keeping visual clutter minimal. Cool, diffuse ambient light from an overhead panel produces balanced illumination, soft gradients, and faint, clean-edged shadows. The mood is calm, organized, and subtly sophisticated, projecting reliability and engineering rigor. Shot at a bird’s-eye view for a structured, symmetrical composition. The overall style is clean and modern, aligning with the site’s professional image.
A state-of-the-art rack-mounted test automation setup featuring meticulously organized circuit boards, modular testing units in brushed aluminum housings, and intricate cabling routed with precision. The scene is set in a modern, spotless lab environment with a sleek white benchtop and frosted glass partitions in the background. Neutral-toned, diffused overhead lighting softly illuminates the hardware, accentuating clean lines and casting subtle, even shadows across the equipment. The mood is highly professional and composed, conveying technical expertise and reliability. Photographed from a slightly elevated, centered angle with sharp focus throughout, the image showcases a balanced, structured composition aligned with a corporate, photographic realism aesthetic. This image embodies the portfolio’s core focus on advanced test automation engineering.
A close-up of an industrial PCB testing fixture, showcasing gold-plated test probes, precision-machined components, and labeled interface ports, all set atop a matte grey anti-static work surface. The backdrop features blurred neutral-toned lab shelving, emphasizing a clean, orderly work area. Soft, cool white task lighting illuminates the test fixture, creating crisp highlights on metallic surfaces and faint shadows along the edges. The atmosphere is focused and meticulous, evoking confidence in quality and systematic engineering. Utilizes a narrow depth of field to emphasize the device’s textures and structural details, while retaining a photographic, corporate-modern aesthetic suitable for a professional portfolio.
A sophisticated, automated test software interface displayed on an ultra-thin widescreen monitor with a brushed aluminum frame, presented on a pristine white standing desk. The interface showcases organized diagnostic graphs, test results, and control panels with blue and grey UI elements. The background remains out of focus, hinting at structured shelving and more test equipment in neutral tones. The lighting is bright, even, and slightly cool, creating a high-tech ambiance and eliminating harsh reflections. The atmosphere is analytical and precise, designed to convey mastery in test automation software. Framed at a three-quarter side angle with sharp focus on the display, the image epitomizes photographic realism and a polished, corporate aesthetic.
